Jen Faria joined FM Global in July of 2018, leading the newly established Intelligent Automation team. She has more than 25 years of experience in process improvement, change management and operations management. Prior to coming to FM Global, Jen spent 8 years at Citizens Bank in various leadership roles; most recently leading the Bank’s Process Automation Center of Excellence.
