Add Value. Drive Value. Prove Your Value.
The Shared Services & Outsourcing Week Series continues to identify and map the trends in the business services industry. Those trends are clear – automation and customer experience remain top priorities. But this year, we're moving beyond simply recognizing these trends. We're focused on action. How can shared services organizations not just add value, but drive it, and – crucially – prove that value to the business? That's the core question we'll be answering at SSOW this fall in 2025.
While service delivery will always be the cornerstone of a successful SSO, organizations are starting to put equal emphasis on managing stakeholder experience, whether that stakeholder is the employee, the partner or the customer. On September 15 - 18, 2025 in Houston, our attendees will walk away with a roadmap to achieve an end-to-end process, while keeping the customer front-of-mind and demonstrating the strategic value of their shared services function.
