Ashley Killgore

Assistant Director - Shared Business Servcies Center University of Oklahoma

Ashley Killgore is a lifelong Oklahoman who has proudly served the University of Oklahoma since 2015. She has nearly twenty years of experience in customer service roles and is passionate about building stakeholder relationships. As director of the University of Oklahoma’s Shared Business Services Center (SBSC), Ashley has developed a deep understanding of best administrative practices in a higher education environment. She is a gifted communicator and collaborator, having worked with a variety of campus partners from diverse backgrounds and academic disciplines. She is proud of the strong relationships SBSC has established with the departments they support. She is also passionate about mentorship and professional development and is proud of the positive employee culture SBSC’s team of fifty enjoys. SBSC’s core values of excellent customer service, effective communication, efficient operations, flexibility and innovation, and integrity and transparency inform day-to-day operations with a succinct motto: Work Hard. Be Kind. Ashley holds a Master of Public Administration (University of Oklahoma, 2018) in addition to a B.A. in English (University of Oklahoma, 2009). She also enjoys serving on OU’s budget council and volunteering through her church. When she’s off-duty, Ashley loves to travel, especially to catch live music and spend time with family.
