Chris joined Newell in April of 2021 as the Director, Global Business Services (GBS) - Data Analytics and Insights. In April of 2023, he assumed the role of Senior Director, GBS – Strategic Partnerships, Integrations and PMO where he is responsible for enabling best in class GBS services through strategic partnerships, project management, change management, and data insights. He works closely with GBS Process Owners and Delivery Leads to make sure we are working smarter and maximizing our value to our Newell businesses. Prior to joining Newell, Chris spent 7 years at Walmart in various roles such as leading GBS North America Innovations (project management, continuous improvement, enabling technology, data analytics, and communications) and leading Contact Center Engineering. Before this, Chris spent 10 years in the transportation industry leading engineering and IT organizations that solved problems with people, processes, and technology at scale. Chris holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors with his family by playing golf, hiking, camping, ‘Scouting’, and relaxing at the lake.
