Assistant Director for Customer Service & Strategic Initiatives, Shared Services University of California, DavisMegan Glide Villasenor, is the Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives at UC Davis. Megan comes to the SSC with almost 9 years of University of California experience. She was an inaugural member of the SSC, helping to implement and lead the Service Desk. Most recently she worked managing the budget for Central Human Resources at UC Berkeley. She has a Master of Science in Business Administration and is committed to helping us improve our business operations and client interactions.
