Nichole Franklin is Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner for the AMAT Shared Services Center at CRH, where she partners with leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives, enhance employee experience, and drive operational excellence.

With extensive experience building organizational capabilities that support growth, transformation, and operational excellence, Nichole has played a key role in standing up, transforming, and scaling service delivery organizations across diverse business environments. She has led initiatives in workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational change, helping organizations navigate growth while strengthening culture and performance.

A PHR-certified HR leader, Nichole has completed executive leadership development through Kellogg Executive Education and earned a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
