- Well-versed in conducting various user, system and business process training in different countries globally; able to adapt and adjust training to suit trainees of various ethnic and language background.
- Experienced in upgrading and implementation of ORACLE system (GL, Inventory, Purchasing, AP & AR modules) and has experience working on different ERP systems and various applications.
- Successfully supported and maintained the ERP system for a telecommunications company with 9 modules –GL, Payables, Asset Management, Receivables, Billing, Projects, Purchasing, Order Management and Inventory.
- Has conducted a major reorganization to enhance efficiency and productivity. This has resulted in better work-life balance for team members.
- Has successfully led multiple process improvement initiatives; Designed testing scripts, conducted tests and ensured system is able to fulfil user requirements.
