Dr. Patricia Francis is a strategy and operations expert who is driven to make an impact in the Shared Services industry with almost 20 years of progressive strategic and operational cum project management experience in audit, finance, accounting and cross functional consulting in varied industries and complex inter cultural environments throughout her tenure in both Fortune 500 and local companies.

She passionately seeks to continuously create value for her stakeholders by amplifying strategic contributions and corporate performance via finance decisions, expertise in developing sustainable processes and driving operational excellence by taking a LEAN continuous improvement approach in carrying out all her tasks, having knowledge in automation/ technology as an enabler. Her ability to manage multiple projects and transitions with a high commitment to quality (from strategy to robust efficiency implementation) within best in class/ LEAN environments has been an added strength.

Driven by highest standards of work ethics and leadership principles, she is known as an ethical professional and an authentic leader with a high degree of emotional intelligence in managing both up and downwards. As the Head Sanofi Business Services (SBS) KL Center which is supporting China, Asia and JPAC, she is committed to create a high performance culture and people development through continuous improvements and robotic process automation, while prioritizing on employee welfare to make  “SBS KL the best place to work” as she believes that people is key to all successful organizations.

Being a Fellow Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK and active member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), she has been engaged as a freelance writer for both MIA & ACCA Careers since 2012. Aside from work, she has always been actively involved in leading extra-curricular activities, counselling and other community services along with the churches she worships in.
