Nik Zanariah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance from University of Kent at Canterbury, United Kingdom as well as a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from UNITEN, Malaysia/The University of Melbourne Australia/Manchester Business School. Nik Zanariah has served TNB for over 25 years. Over the years, she has held several other roles within TNB including Distribution Division, ICT Division, Procurement Division and TNB Global Business Solutions. Nik Zanariah has over 5 years experience in Shared Services Industry and is responsible for the overall delivery of Service Delivery Department across End-to-End Services from Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Order to Cash and Business Support Office. She is committed to drive culture of value creation leveraging on automation and continuous improvement.

Nik Zanariah has experience involving full spectrum of IT projects such as ERMS, business transformation such as Procurement Transformation Program & TGBS Wave 1 & 2 and operations governance towards delivering key results such as Opex Optimization, Improving Customer Experience and Delivering Business Value as well as Support Business Growth. She championed several digital initiatives such as Contractor & Supplier Evaluation (CASE), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), TGBS Chatbot, Paperless Initiatives (e-Contract, e-PO, e-Invoice) and are project sponsor for ECM for P-Files, Outsource Document Dispatch Service to Pos Malaysia Berhad and Unified Communication (UC). Nik Zanariah aims to continue to drive Service Delivery, TGBS to success by implementing more End-to-End (E2E), digitalization, promoting the ESG initiative and seamless customer & employee experience led solutions in order achieve the TGBS aspiration "To Be The Preferred Shared Services Provider & Value Creation Partner For TNB Group, Subsidiaries And Externally".
