Jenica Rosibelle Dela Cruz-Billones is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience in BPO, real estate, and shared services. As a People & Culture Manager at Mondo BPO Solutions, she leads strategic talent development, implementing innovative HR policies and programs for a fully remote workforce.
In her previous organization, she led the People Team for the shared services group, achieving the Great Place to Work recognition, leading hybrid work transitions, and bringing inclusive people initiatives. Her expertise includes full-cycle recruitment, talent development, labor relations and compliance, and strategic human resources management.
Jenica holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines, School of Labor and Industrial Relations (UP SOLAIR) and is a Certified Practitioner in Human Resources (CPHR®).
