IQPC is closely monitoring the situation, and continuously adapting events to adhere to the guidelines of the Philippines Government, as well as the World Health Organization. Therefore, in light of COVID-19 and the current global situation, we have made the decision to transform Philippines Shared Services and BPO Week 2020 from an in-person live event, to one that is a hybrid; combining both locally-hosted live activities with virtual.

Virtually, we will be offering live keynotes, panels, stream sessions and more with an opportunity for group work. Amping up the interactivity, a virtual conference will minimise the FOMO experience. For those of you wishing to join us in-person live, the event taking place in August we will follow the guidelines of the Philippines Government. In addition, we are working closely with the venue/hotel on taking all necessary precautionary measures to ensure the well-being and safety of all of our participants, including staff.
