Cristina Dobrescu is the Head of the Client Operations Business Line within Societe Generale Global Solution Centre Romania, overseeing a perimeter of approximately 700 FTEs. Her teams deliver end-to-end service related to client life-cycle, from onboarding to offboarding—for both individual and corporate clients across retail and wholesale segments. With over 20 years of experience across diverse industries including IT/Telecom, Gaming, and Transportation, Cristina has held leadership roles in operations management, HR, process transformation, and business development.
