Imran, with over two decades of leadership in the IT/ITeS services sector, has a deep understanding of operations and a broad strategic vision for building and expanding businesses. He is the Head of Europe for Business Process Services(BPS) and part of the Europe Leadership Team (LT), contributing to strategic decisions and leadership initiatives across the region. He has also served as the Board Member for Wipro’s regulated business in the UK. He is responsible for driving BPO growth, strategizing and executing plans, fostering partner ecosystems, and enhancing Wipro's standing across the BPO industry in Europe, spanning various sectors such as Consumer, BFSI, Communications, Technology, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and others. Imran has been instrumental in transforming the business to its present scale through the implementation of vertically integrated technology platforms. With the rise of new technology trends, Imran has been at the forefront of leveraging AI to strengthen BPS across Europe. He is driven by a passion for ensuring client success and adds value to businesses through operations and platform-led transformations. Having worked across various industry verticals, Imran has a diverse range of experience in Operations, Finance, Sales, Delivery, Program Leadership, Account Management, and the establishment of new practices. He has an impressive history of initiating and expanding businesses and has played a significant role in establishing Wipro's presence across Europe and South Africa, leading transformation programs at Wipro. Imran has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University. He recently graduated from Harvard Business School’s -Executive Leadership Program. He is based out of London.
