Khush Jain is a Chartered Accountant and senior finance leader with over 15 years of experience across Big Four firms and global organisations. She is currently Director of Financial Management at Sodexo UK&I, where she leads financial transformation, management, statutory reporting, audit, cash and balance sheet management, controls, and a team of finance professionals.

Previously, Khush was Director of Financial Reporting at Carnival plc, partnering with senior leadership, the Board and Audit Committee on financial reporting, governance and finance transformation.

With extensive experience across IFRS, UK and US GAAP, governance, controls and finance transformation, Khush brings a practical perspective on financial leadership, developing high-performing teams and connecting financial discipline with strategic business outcomes.
