Tomislav Todorovic is the Global Process Owner for Record-to-Report (R2R) at BSI, responsible for defining and governing global finance processes across the organisation. He is currently leading the R2R workstream for BSI's global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, driving process standardisation, simplification, and digital innovation. With extensive experience in finance transformation and shared services, Tomislav is focused on building scalable, data-driven finance processes that create a strong foundation for AI-enabled operations
