Head of RBFS (Retail Banking & Financial services) Societe Generale Global Solution Centre India & Romania

Alexandru GRIGOREANU is the Head of RBFS (Retail Banking & Financial services) for SG GSC India & Romania from 1st of June 2021. His responsibilities include the global management of the teams in Romania and India for all retail activities offshored worldwide, in total 1500+ employees (1000+ in Romania plus 500+ in India). Alexandru is also the local IT Filiere head for SG GSC Romania, representing IT departments (GTS, CFT) within GSC RO management bodies. He is a member of the SG GSC India & Romania Exco. Alexandru has an overall 10 years’ experience within SG GSC Romania in multiple roles, starting with project/program management in DFIN and also delivery management roles, such as the management of the KYC platform which delivered the KYC remediation for the French retail Banks. Prior to Societe Generale, Alexandru was working with Raiffeisen Bank Romania for 7 years in operational delivery and project management roles in the Retail and Corporate banking departments.
