Asko is a seasoned corporate development and transformation professional who enjoys leading, transforming, shaping solutions, implementing change and getting things done both in in-house and consulting capacities. Asko’s background is a combination of consulting and industry experience - earlier in his career Asko worked for EY and Deloitte, and over the past several years he led transformation efforts at Cargotec Corporation, covering a range of responsibilities across Finance Transformation and operating model change, GBS establishment and development, outsourcing, merger and demerger initiatives. Recently Asko took on a project leadership role at Fiskars Corporation, focusing on establishing and firming up GBS capabilities across core functions: Finance, IT, HR and Indirect procurement. Having shifted from consulting to inhouse represents desire to take ownership of own advice and recommendations and drive change over true end-to-end implementation journeys.
