Asko is a seasoned development and transformation professional who enjoys leading, shaping solutions, driving change and getting things done. Asko’s background is a combination of consulting and industry experience. Earlier in his career Asko worked for EY and Deloitte, and later he led transformation efforts at Cargotec Corporation across Finance Transformation and operating model change, GBS establishment and development, outsourcing, merger and demerger initiatives. In 2025 Asko took on a project leadership role at Fiskars Corporation, focusing on establishing and firming up GBS capabilities as well as executing organizational change. Moving from consulting to in-house represents desire to take ownership of own advice and drive change over true end-to-end implementation journeys.
