Aude is a Group Manager at Bosch, overseeing HR services for five Western European countries. With a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, she began her career as an HR Business Partner at Hilton Hotels Group before joining Bosch in sunny Lisbon ten years ago to support the launch of the HR Hub for Western Europe. Today, Aude leads teams in Personnel Administration, International Mobility, and HR IT first-level support. Passionate about process efficiency and team organization, she is dedicated to driving operational excellence and enabling smarter, more agile HR services.
