Based in Prague, with 15+ years of experience in shared service centers and outsourcing centers, I am Head of EMEA HR Business Solutions Group at Johnson & Johnson, leading a team that enhances employee experiences and handles troubleshooting, while partnering on agile HR delivery across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Before moving into HR leadership, I built a track record in procurement and finance transformations with Accenture and BNP Paribas Cardif, including roles such as Project Manager and Transition Lead across multiple shared service centers.
