She began her shared services career at Air Liquide Europe Business Services as an HR Data Management Analyst, supporting Belgium, Luxembourg, Morocco, and Tunisia. In this role, she contributed to the go live of myHR, Air Liquide’s Workday implementation, and led continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing the employee experience and the way employees engaged with shared service delivery.
She later joined Telenor Shared Services in Portugal as part of the organisation’s first team, working as a People Operations Specialist supporting HR operations across the Nordic region, including Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, while also contributing to payroll activities and system testing for Workday and ServiceNow ahead of the go live of Telenor’s Nordic Shared Services.
Through her experience working across multiple countries, HR systems, and regulatory environments, Beatriz has developed strong expertise in payroll operations, HR data management, and the operational challenges of delivering scalable and compliant global HR services
Organisations are under pressure to transform their payroll services, but with a heavy cost association and limited instant ROI, it can be hard to win stakeholder buy-in for change. This panel outlines a practical framework for global payroll transformation, combining governance design, technology rationalisation, data accuracy & standardisation, and change management, to create a scalable, compliant, insight-driven payroll operating model aligned to enterprise strategy that the board can’t refuse.
• Strengthen governance by defining global design principles and decision rights
• Reduce compliance risk by standardising controls and regulatory oversight models
• Improve data visibility by harmonising payroll data structures and reporting frameworks
