Caroline Basyn is an experienced Global Executive & Advisor in Strategy, Transformation, IT, Shared Services, Data & Analytics, Digital and Diversity. Caroline joined The Adecco Group in August 2023, as Chief Digital and Information Officer. In 2025, she expanded her remit to include leadership of Global Business Services (GBS), further strengthening the Group's digital, operational, and service excellence agenda. She is based in Zurich, Switzerland. Caroline is also serving on the Board of Proximus since April 2024. In a career that has spanned over 40 years, Caroline has an extensive track record as a senior business leader in global information, digital and business services. Before joining the Adecco Group, Caroline served as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Europe at PepsiCo. She also previously held leadership positions as Global Business Services and Chief Information Officer at Mondelez and Group CIO at Bacardi. Prior to this, she had an over 25-year career at Procter & Gamble in IT, Digital and Global Services, leading large cross functional transformation programs in sales, marketing, supply chain, and marketing. Caroline is known for her strategic interventions, learning agility, creating a vision, developing organization structure, defining a master plan, and motivating her team & partners to deliver with excellence. Caroline is convinced that the digital and AI revolution is only at it's beginning and will become pervasive in all we do, everywhere, in everything at any time. Caroline is a global citizen, enjoying to work across multiple cultures, she has a passion to enable women to develop their careers. Caroline received her Candidatures et Licenses, Mathématiques from Universite Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve in Belgium
