With a background in Chemical Engineering and over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, I am a senior Programme Manager who is passionate about cross functional Process and Change.

Currently leading the Finance Transformation team in Secure Trust Bank plc, I use Technology and Automation to redesign the way Finance operate and partners with the rest of the business, while promoting a culture of controls and active operational risk management.

 When I finally leave work and get home to Dublin, you’ll either find me on a sailing boat on the Irish Sea or hiking up the Wicklow hills; back indoors, I would naturally be in the kitchen, practicing my early scientific training to mix culinary ingredients
