Flo is an accomplished transformation and business performance leader and joined Merck as EVP, Head of MBS in May 2023. She brings her wealth of experience from leadership position at adidas, where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Business Services, and Philps, where she held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Global Business Services. Before transitioning into the global business service industry, Flo gathered over 20 years of leadership experience in leading business, supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, IT & ERP, and finance in various industries such as healthcare, consumer, and semiconductor industries. She holds an MBS from the University of North Carolina, USA, and a Master of Science in Investment Management from the City University Business School in London, UK.
