I have over 20 years of experience as a manager, with a strong focus on leadership, change management, and team building. My career at Festo began in 2016 when I took on the position of Head of the Human Resources Department. In January 2023, I was promoted to Head of Operations Business Services in Kaunas. During the last two years, I have been responsible for driving the further development of Business Services in Kaunas in several areas, including Leadership and People Development, Innovation through Digitalization and Automation, as well as developing the Strategy and Strategic Measures for 2030. Since May 2025, I have been in a new role as Head of Business Services in Kaunas.
