Guy-Laurent Arpino is Chief Information Officer at Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), a leading global merchant and processor of agricultural goods with net sales amounting to US$50.6 billion in 2024. Guy-Laurent leads the Group’s overall Digital & AI strategy across all business platforms, functions and regions, supporting LDC’s strategic goals and ambitions. He joined the Group in 2016 from Bacardi-Martini Ltd., where he was CIO for Europe since 2011, with additional responsibility for global business intelligence and digital marketing services. Prior to this, he worked at Procter & Gamble for 15 years, most recently as Global IT & Shared Services Associate Director for the Braun Division. He holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Signal Processing from “Ecole de Chimie, Physique, Electronique” (CPE Lyon, France). Guy-Laurent is also on the Board of Directors of Covantis, a joint venture between LDC and industry peers, providing a global digital platform supporting agricultural post-trade operations.
