Iwona was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the EMEA region in October 2021. In this role, Iwona is responsible for leading the regional Records and Information business helping our customers in 34 countries across the region. Since joining Iron Mountain in 2003, Iwona has held several critical positions including Senior Vice President and General Manager for Canada and Country General Manager for Poland. She not only drove customer, operational, people, and financial growth and improvements; she also led innovative solutions for several of our strategic international clients – especially in the financial services sector. In 2015, Iwona was promoted to lead the Global Accounts organization. In this role, she was successful in building a program, team and infrastructure that helped Iron Mountain address important business challenges and opportunities for our most important global customers. This resulted in growth, cross-sell opportunities and customer retention. Prior to Iron Mountain, Iwona held various Sales, Operations, P&L and Supply Chain roles at Whirlpool Poland and she also worked as a European Product Manager for Whirlpool Europe in Italy.
