Jens Christian Gustafsson Klein is an experienced operations and transition leader with a strong background in global business services, transformation, and international service delivery. Since January 2025, he has served as Head of Operations & Transitions at MAN Global Business Services, where he leads end to end transition programs, operational setup, and organizational change across multiple regions. Before joining MAN, he gained extensive transition and process management experience in earlier roles, including serving as Transition Manager EMEA during major organizational programs within SIEMENS. Known for his strategic mindset and intercultural leadership, Jens Christian drives complex migrations, builds high performing teams, and partners closely with global process owners to enable sustainable service excellence across the GBS network.
