As Chief Communications Officer at Solvay, my mission is to tell the story of how our 8400 people are mastering essential chemistry, partnering with our customers and innovating our processes for today and tomorrow.

My leadership style is built on 25 years from living and working in the UK, Norway, France, Singapore, China, Belgium, and Portugal. From leading our Global Business Services through a demerger to being head of functions across Procurement and Commercial, I have seen that diverse people capabilities are what drives tangible results. This is why I’m a mentor for aspiring global leaders and Executive Sponsor for our LGBTQ+ Alliance Employee Resource Group - to ensure our culture and industry is progressive and inclusive.
