José Maria Bettencourt currently serves as Head of Operations & Transitions at MAN Global Business Services in Portugal, where he is overseeing the ramp-up of MAN's new hub in Lisbon and the successfulness of the transition programs. Prior to joining MAN, José Maria spent over a decade at Siemens, holding multiple global leadership roles in GBS operations and managed intercontinental transition programs. José Maria thrives on building scalable GBS models, aligning people and performance, and delivering sustainable operational excellence in fast-growing environments. He holds an Executive MBA in International Leadership and Finance from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
