Since 2015, Krystian Bestry has been the CEO and President of the Management Board of ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group – the partnership of industry leaders with the benchmark expertise in the areas of business architecture, process optimization and productivity improvements, set-up and transformation of SSC, business support functions and outsourcing contracts. In 2007 - 2014 he has been the Vice-President and Services Head for EMEA region at Infosys BPO Ltd., responsible for the overall business growth strategy incl. several unit set-up and acquisition projects. In 2004 - 2007 Krystian has been Operations Director of the European Service Center of Philips Electronics and one of the co-founders and the Vice-president of the Management Board of Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL).
