Head of GBS Business Performance Management Boehringer Ingelheim

Ksenija Šetlere brings 20+ years of experience across finance, technology, and global business services. With a degree in Computer Science and an MBA, she has built a career spanning finance leadership, change management, and performance transformation in multinational organizations. Her passion lies in combining data-driven insights with emotional intelligence and coaching practices to create adaptive and human-centered leadership models. Currently leading GBS Business Performance Management at Boehringer Ingelheim, Ksenija is also a certified coach and emotional intelligence practitioner. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two teenagers, an avid reader, and a dedicated triathlete training for Ironman.
