Laurence is a future of work specialist and leader of Digiworkz - an accelerator for disruptive technologies, innovative entrepreneurs and progressive enterprises that are shaping the fourth industrial revolution. Previously, he has led global teams in BPO, workforce analytics, digital HR and built his own disruptive A.I. start up.

His focus today is on helping organisations to identify and adopt new approaches to workforce optimisation that help create thriving enterprises. Underpinning this is the way in which digital solutions are used to drive improvements in productivity, performance and customer experience. Key to this is the augmentation of humans and machines as automation becomes a more pervasive aspect of our working environments.

In his career Laurence has pioneered the application of A.I.powered analytics to support more effective workforce planning, resourcing, team effectiveness and skills development. He has also overseen the delivery of major transformation programmes involving GBS and Shared Service adoption of cloud technologies, new operating models and innovative workforce designs. He is a previous winner of the MCA HR Consultant of the Year.
