Laurent started his career in Auditing with EY in France (Paris) and in the US (San Francisco). After 7 years, he moved to Alcatel as the head of internal audit. He spent 3 years in the US when Alcatel and Lucent Technologies merged to become in charge of Alcatel-Lucent internal audit. He managed, at that time, a team of 120 auditors, located in more than 15 countries. He led successfully the SOX program at Alcatel Lucent. After 13 years in Alcatel-Lucent, Laurent decided to move to Sodexo, the leader in Food and FM services. He was in charge of Group Internal Audit, reporting to the Chairman and Founder of Sodexo, Pierre Bellon. Laurent became CFO for the UK&I Region, in Sodexo, from 2016 to 2020 and then took the responsibility of Global Business Services. Sodexo GBS regroups 3 main centres in Porto (for Europe), Mumbai (for APMEA) and Bogota (for LatAm and NorAm) . Activities served initially were mainly Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C, MDM) but are now touching a lot of other functions. Transformation included innovation/digitalization and harmonization of processes.
