Lizzy Bowling has over 20 years of experience in various senior finance leadership positions in Shared Services and Finance Transformation. She currently works for Astellas as Head of Strategy and Service Management, a Japanese Top20 Pharma company, which seeks to improve the health of people around the world through provisioning of innovative and reliable pharmaceutical products. She drives Service Excellence and Improvements within GBS, leads Business Transformation and Change, and owns BPO partnerships. Lizzy has extensive experience in setting up and optimising shared services, as well as a wealth of experience in designing and implementing advanced technology, including S4 HANA.
