I’m a Global Payroll and HR Technology expert with extensive experience in multinational payroll transformation across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and, most recently, ADP GlobalView/Celergo. At Solvay, I'm part of the Global Payroll Expert team, working closely with local teams on process design, internal controls, and HRIS modernization initiatives. Before that, I spent several years at Bosch managing payroll operations and delivering major digitalization programs. My focus is on building standardized, technology driven payroll frameworks that strengthen compliance, accuracy, and user experience worldwide.
