Monika Miksakova is a Finance Director and Global Process Owner at Adient with more than 15 years of international experience in finance transformation and global process governance. Based in Bratislava, she leads global GPO, PMO, and Finance Process Improvement teams, driving automation, standardization, and efficiency across Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay. Monika has held senior finance and transformation roles at Adient and IBM, delivering large‑scale process improvements in complex global environments. She brings a practical, execution‑focused perspective on driving sustainable change through strong governance and stakeholder alignment.
