With nearly two decades of experience in finance transformation and shared services, Natalia Miętek-Staszewska is a respected leader in the Global Finance Services sector. She currently holds the position of IT&D Business Process Owner – RTR at Reckitt, where she oversees ERP deployment and process standardization initiatives. Throughout her career in multinational companies, Natalia has successfully managed large accounting transitions, automation initiatives, and digital innovations within Record to Report (R2R) and Financial Control.
She is recognized for her strong digital mindset, people leadership, and ability to drive end-to-end process excellence. Natalia has led diverse project teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas and has played a key role in migrating finance operations from countries such as the Benelux, Scandinavia, Iberia, France, United Kindom and Ireland to Poland and India.
