I trained at KPMG starting in Audit and then worked in Due Diligence and M&A before joining JLR in 2013 in Accounting. I've been fortunate enough to have had some really rewarding and exciting roles in Business Assurance, Global Purchasing Finance and worked on several Global Expansion SAP implementation projects. I spent 3 years at Bridgestone leading the Business Strategy and Transformation office- outside of Finance- which was a real eye opener and a huge learning experience. I really enjoyed working with the Sales & Ops team to build operational excellence and implement strategies to provide a cutting edge and competitive advantage in a very challenging market. I rejoined JLR in 2023 to lead the Finance Process & Data Team. We represent Finance in the design, delivery and deployment of Enterprise-Wide Initiatives (recently deploying S4 Hana into one of our manufacturing plants) as well as delivering Strategic & Always On Transformation Projects within Finance.
