Nicole Fernandes is a finance leader with 15 years of international experience gained across multinational organizations and Global Business Services environments. She is currently Director, Credit & Collections at adidas Europe, where she leads critical finance operations supporting strong financial governance and business performance. Throughout her career, Nicole has held leadership roles across Credit & Collections, Record to Report, and Tax, managing multi-functional and international teams. She brings deep operational and process expertise in Accounting, Tax, and Order-to-Cash, developed through her experience at KPMG and adidas. Nicole is recognized for driving operational excellence and strong financial governance. She is based in Porto, Portugal.
