Nicoleta APETREI is Chief of Staff to the CEO and a key member of the executive leadership team within Societe Generale Global Solution Centre.

With over 19 years of experience in the business services sector—across both BPO and Shared Service Center (SSC) environments—her career spans multiple industries including automotive, healthcare, commerce, banking, and financial services. Her expertise covers the full lifecycle of a BPO/SSC, from due diligence and transition to steady state operations, performance optimization, and large-scale transformation programs.

In her current role, Nicoleta is the custodian of the company’s strategy, shaping its long-term vision and orchestrating the strategic roadmaps that guide the organization. She supports the CEO in strengthening partnerships, driving cross organizational alignment/transformation, and advising senior leaders on key decisions. A central part of her mandate is anticipating market shifts and competitive trends to ensure the organization remains future ready and positioned for sustainable growth.

She holds degrees from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and the Romanian-American Law University and graduated from Stanford University.
