Pascal is a global executive with 18 years of leadership experience across MedTech and Life Sciences. He has a proven track record of delivering over $100 million in structural savings, significant working‑capital improvements, and large‑scale enterprise productivity programmes. His experience spans scaling multi‑site Global Business Services organisations, leading post‑merger integrations, and executing complex restructuring initiatives. For the past five years, Pascal has been with Smith+Nephew, where he currently leads the Global Finance Services organisation across 4 centres and serves as Centre Head for Poland. Prior to this, he spent 13 years at QIAGEN, where he built and scaled multi‑site, multi‑function GBS operations across Poland and the Philippines.
