Rafał Duda

Director, Global Process Owner O2C Smith+Nephew

Rafał Duda is the Director, Global Process Owner for Order to Cash at Smith+Nephew, bringing over 10 years of experience in project management and process excellence. In his role, Rafał chairs the process council, ensures prioritisation of end-to-end Order to Cash improvements, creates visibility of process performance and leverages internal and external best practices while acting as programme lead for key activities in his function. Rafał played a critical role in the successful delivery of Smith+Nephew’s OTC transformation, which was externally recognized with a European Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON) Impact Award for Business Transformation. He holds a MSc in Production Engineering and Management from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
