Having a background in Business Economics and Supply Chain Management, Remko has fulfilled several roles in IT within various international companies. In his current role of Business Consultant RPA at Medtronic, Remko is coordinating all RPA initiatives in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Moreover, he was at the base of a successful rollout of RPA in Asia Pacific and Greater China. He built and brought live the first digital team member (bot) ever within Medtronic EMEA and contributed to the setup of the local RPA teams and the global Center of Excellence. Within Medtronic, Remko is considered as the absolute guru in RPA. Lately, he also has been involved in introducing the first Virtual Service Agent within Medtronic.
