Richard is the CFO for Mars Global Services, Mars Inc’s GBS where he leads on GBS strategy and transformation and the finance business partnering for MGS. Richard has previously worked in a number of countries and segments within Mars with his previous role being the Europe, Russia & South Africa CFO for Food. Richard has a broad finance experience and a particular passion for developing people, having lead the Mars Finance Graduate program recently.
