Sabine joined ING in 2011. Over the past 14 years she built her expertise in operational excellence, transformation, operational management, and sourcing, first as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt consultant followed by heading operations in multiple areas in the bank (Investments, Mortgages, Branches, KYC). In October 2022 she joined HR in The Netherlands as the Head of People Services. She delivers services to 15,000 employees in The Netherlands with a team working in 4 different countries. With her leadership and expertise, she improved employee experience, structurally embedded operational excellence, and took the next step in the sourcing strategy for HR.
