Sameer is an experienced global Shared Services leader, with expertise in building Global Business Services operating models and transforming processes & systems, leveraging exponential technologies (automation, AI, analytics, blockchain) and new ways of working. At NTT Ltd he is responsible for building and managing Global Business Services operations across 30+ countries covering back and mid-office processes and delivered through two world class outsourced providers. Key outcomes for the initial phase include speed of execution, stability of operations, quality of service delivery and delivered cost savings, while building a platform for Digital Transformation delivering enhanced business outcomes and customer experience. This is one of the largest GBS projects in the industry launched in 2021. While at IBM as an Executive Partner Sameer has lead sales, solution and consulting teams building and delivering transformative solutions, achieving improved client satisfaction and business outcomes. Achievements include: recipient of the prestigious Best of IBM Award, personal leadership in winning and delivering a large Finance / IT outsourcing contract and renewal of the contract in 2021 after five years; securing 9 new logo clients as the Finance and Procurement Solutions leader. Sameer’s prior experience includes a regional CFO position at Orange Business Services, Singapore and Transformation of the Finance function at Orange through Shared Services and Outsourcing, achieving over 50% savings.
