Sebastian Frey is the Managing Director of Kärcher Global Services (KGS), with global responsibility for hubs in Europe, APAC and the Americas. With over 15 years of experience at Kärcher, he has played a key role in developing KGS from a Shared Service Center into the Global Business Services organization it is today, providing a range of services to Kärcher subsidiaries worldwide. Under his leadership, KGS continues to evolve its service offerings and is actively developing a Center of Excellence (CoE), incorporating AI and other innovative solutions. Sebastian frequently shares his insights at industry events, such as panel talks and podcasts.
