Head of GBS Process Transformation Fresenius Kabi

Sebastian leads the Finance / Record-to-Decide Stream in the Fresenius S/4 journey. He is also part of the GBS, where he leads a team of GPOs for Record-to-Decide, Plan-to-Perform, Order-to-Cash, Invoice-to-Pay, and Travel & Expense. After a stint in software development, Sebastian spent 7 years in strategy consulting. He then joined Bayer, where he was last part of the GBS organization, e.g. orchestrating the O2C outsourcing. Since 2023, he is part of Fresenius Kabi.
