Sebastian Schweitzer leitet das Prozessmanagement im BSD360 von Fresenius Kabi. Er verantwortet das Design und die Transformation der R2R, O2C, T&E, S2P, Pl2Pe Prozesse.

Zuvor war er über 11 Jahre in Rollen wachsender Verantwortung bei Bayer, wo er zuletzt das Outsourcing verschiedener Prozesse leitete. Als Strategieberater hat er zuvor insbesondere Klienten in der Healthcare und Chemieindustrie in großen Transformationen begleitet.
