Stefan Duss is Executive Vice President and Board Member of Bosch Global Business Services, Bosch’s global shared services organization with more than 12,000 associates worldwide. In this role, he helps shape the transformation of business services with a strong focus on efficiency, digitalization, and scalable global operations.

With over 30 years of international leadership experience in Bosch’s automotive business, Stefan has held senior roles in purchasing, controlling, and has had commercial and financial responsibility across several Bosch divisions and service organizations.

Throughout his career, he has built high-performing, results-driven organizations and successfully led complex transformations in global environments. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset and combines a pragmatic, collaborative, and forward-looking leadership style with a strong commitment to quality, value creation, and sustainable business impact.
