Tomislav Todorović is a finance transformation leader specialising in global process design, shared services, and ERP-enabled operating models. As Record-to-Report Global Process Owner at BSI, he plays a key role in shaping finance processes within a global S/4HANA transformation programme, focusing on fit-to-standard design and scalable governance. Previously at LRQA, a Goldman Sachs portfolio company, Tomislav led multiple global initiatives including cash concentration, process standardisation, and ERP implementation across complex international operations. With hands-on experience across FP&A, treasury, and global finance operations, he brings a pragmatic perspective on how organisations can turn transformation programmes into sustainable, high-performing finance functions.
