Tomislav Todorović is a senior finance transformation leader with deep experience in global R2R process design, ERP modernisation, and data-driven finance. He has led major transformation programmes across private equity–backed and multinational organisations, delivering enterprise-wide improvements in financial control, automation, and operating model redesign.

Tomislav is currently part of BSI’s large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation programme, where he focuses on standardising global Record to Report processes, strengthening data foundations, and enabling real-time insights across regions.

With a particular interest in data quality, governance and process digitisation, Tomislav specialises in helping organisations unlock faster close cycles, greater accuracy, and more intelligent decision-making through modern finance technology and analytics
